I'm Back

So as many of you have seen I have not been blogging for some time. I kinda lost my motivation and have been trying to deal with the morning, afternoon, evening sickness.

Things have been busy and crazy around here. The boys started kindergarten and have seemed to adjust pretty well. It was a bumpy start as the boys were very attached to my leg and I literally had to shove them through the door. My heart was breaking and tears would come the minute I got in the car. I was ready for school to start, but as the day approached my heart became very overwhelmed thinking they are now in school for a long time and are growing up. I can't believe they are 5 and have started this new journey of school.

Andy has started back to school for his Masters and is very busy. All of his schooling in online so he has to work really hard to learn every program. I know he loves it and does very well balancing school and family.

I am doing well. I am 4 months in my pregnancy and am waiting for the day that I am not nauseous and super tired. I am enjoying being pregnant and remembering all the aches and pains from when I was pregnant with the boys. Its amazing how you tend to forget what being pregnant is like until it happens again. We are anxiously waiting to find out the sex of the baby. Secretly I am hoping for a girl, but in the end just pray for healthy baby.

We are looking forward to the many adventures that life has in store for us as this school year and baby will all be happening.

Pictures soon to follow.

Exciting School days

What a fun day!!!!
Jay and Logan got such a fun surprise at school on Friday. One of the kids dad is apart of the DEA and arranged for the kids to have the squad cars and Helicopter come with lights flashing and sirens blaring. This time the Helicopter got to land at the school and the kids got to go and look at it. It was so fun to see how excited they were and how in awe they all were. What a great experience for these kids. It was a great way to end the year.

All of the kids and the officers.

Jay and Logan with the officer. They loved all his guns and gear.

( disclaimer apparently Logan felt he had to protect his area from the guns)

The class and the Helicopter pilots.

We had so much fun watching the squad cars and helicopter. I think the parents were just as excited as the children. Thank you Parkcrest Preschool for making such great memories for our children.

Masters Degree!!!!

Well as most of you know Andy graduated with his bachelors degree in December 08. He got a job in February and we went on with our lives. We always knew that Andy would go back to school for his Masters degree and figured it would be in a couple of years.

Well an opportunity presented itself and things just seemed to fall into place and now Andy will be starting is Masters degree in August of 09. It is at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and all the classes are online. His Masters degree will be done in Animation. He is very excited and we know that this will open so many more doors for him and our family. We are so thankful that these opportunities have come our way and we hope that our family will be blessed. I am so proud of Andy and so thankful for his wiliness to better himself and to better our family. He is an amazing husband and father and we are lucky to call him hubby and daddy.

It will be a busy 2-3 years but we know that we will be taken care of and that our Heavenly Father will bless us in ways we can only imagine. We are excited to see what opportunities will come to our family through this process and look forward to all the new adventures.

We recently took a trip to Lake Arrowhead with the boys for a fun family vacation. The boys had never been there and we thought they would love it. We were right, they had so much fun. The weather was beautiful and there was still snow on the ground. We stayed at this cute little lodge that we loved. Jay and Logan got car sick and didn't feel so well the first night but soon quickly recovered and were bouncing off the walls. We played by the lake and fed the ducks. We took the fun Lake Arrowhead queen boat ride and we hiked in the Children's National Forest. It was such a fun trip and I think I secretly wish we lived in the mountains. (sometimes)

Jay was trying to hit us with snowballs. So fun

Logan was trying to do the same
This is one of my favorite pictures of all 3 of my boys.
We got to eat lollipops and feed the ducks. Yahoo

Back to Bloggin

Well as you can tell I have neglected my blog for some time now. I haven't really been in the mood to post anything or couldn't find the time to do it. Well we have been super busy with different things and have been having fun.

Andy started his new job at Blizzard Entertainment in Irvine and he really enjoys it. We are so grateful that he is working and grateful that he is working in his degree field. He has met some really great people. He seems to have a ton of fun and sometimes I wonder if he is really working or playing video games all day. LOL.

The boys have been keeping busy with school and activities. They are getting to be quite independent and sometimes very stubborn. Logan had to have his two front teeth pulled after a fall on the hardwood floors fractured both teeth. Soon after that his bottom tooth was loose and we were able to pull it out. Needless to say the tooth fairy has been visiting our house regularly. I love the reaction that we see in the morning when the tooth fairy has come. It is absolutely priceless. We have gone back and forth on a sport that they want to play and I think we have settled on Ice Hockey. They will be starting Skate School soon and I can't wait to see them on skates. (pictures to come).

I have been keeping busy also. I have really tried to keep my new years resolution with exercising and eating healthy and think I have done good so far. We have been sick with the stomach flu for about 3 weeks so that has kinda put a stop to the exercise. Now that we are better we have been able to resume normal activities. Life has been busy but I am hoping to get back to bloggin regularly.

Ok, Ok, I know this is normally Julie’s turf… but this is just to dang hilarious NOT to share, so Julie, forgive me. So, the other day I got a game for the Xbox 260 called “You’re in the MOVIES”.  It uses a camera and has you do a bunch of little mini games then puts it all together into a short movie clip.  Below you will find the results… CHEARS!!!! Andy.

yes, this was all done in a Video Game
